When to use it

Change JPG, PNG or WebP dimensions by pixels, percentage or an edge length. Keep the source format.

Before you export

Choose width, height, fit, crop or stretch deliberately. Stretch can distort proportions; upscaling cannot recover missing detail. Same-size requests do not re-encode an image.

Questions about this tool

Does resizing always make the file smaller?

No. This tool changes geometry, not a byte-size target. Re-encoding can increase or decrease bytes. Use Image Compressor after resizing when you need a smaller file.

Do my files or text leave this device?

Your source content is processed in this browser, not uploaded for processing. The browser may download a processing engine from Voice2Sub’s CDN. Those engine requests do not contain your source file.

Need subtitles created automatically from audio or video?Voice2Sub can transcribe spoken audio when you need a complete subtitle workflow instead of a file utility.
